Amarillo mayor, city council candidate debate set for Tuesday
AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) - The Randall County GOP and High Plains Republican Women are teaming up to host the Amarillo Mayor and City Council Candidate Debates Tuesday.
Event organizers say the April 1 debates aim to give clarity about the difference between candidates.
The debates will take place at the First Family Auditorium, 6101 S. Bell Street.
Organizers say 6:30 p.m. will be meet the candidates. The debates will follow at 7 p.m.
The May 3 elections are non-partisan races so there is no primary.

The last day to register to vote is April 3.
Early voting is set for April 22-29.
