PERRYTON, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) – The Perryton High School athletic director was arrested on a warrant for “sexual assault of a child,” according to the Ochiltree County Sheriff’s Office.
According to the sheriff’s office on Thursday morning, 29-year-old athletic director and head football coach Cole Underwood was arrested on a warrant for “sexual assault of a child” after an alleged incident with a Perryton High School student.
As of Thursday morning, the Perryton Independent School District had posted “Director of Athletics/Head Football Coach” as a newly open position at Perryton High School.
