LUBBOCK, Texas - The Lubbock Christian University Track and Field program will head back to Canyon this Sunday to compete in the Buffalo Invitational hosted by West Texas A&M.

The United States Track & Filed and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) announced it's weekly national poll on Tuesday morning, and the Lubbock Christian Men's Track & Field program was ranked 14th in the poll.
Last Meet
LCU had eleven athletes compete at McMurry's War Hawk Invitational last weekend.
Jayda Rosales was the lone first place finisher for LCU, claiming the gold in the women's triple jump with a final mark of 10.66 meters.
LCU raced to three top-5 finishes at the meet. On the men's side,
Trael Robertson placed fourth in the 100 meter dash running a time of 10.45.
Ose Olumese placed fifth in triple jump. For the Lady Chaps,
Reanna Argullin brought home the bronze medal in the 400 meter dash with a time of 56.68. In the long jump,
Haley George placed fifth with a mark of 4.85 meters.
Up Next
After competing in Canyon this week, the Chaps will compete at Texas Tech's Corky / Croffot Shootout April 26-27.
